I was expecting a bit more, but it just didn’t really feel worth it to me. Maybe if it had been cheaper or there was something that stood out more, I don’t know… overall I left disappointed.

I bought a bike light from magicshineuk.com and, to be fair, I’m happy with it overall. The price seemed good compared to a few others I’d been looking at, and the quality feels decent enough for what I paid. Delivery was a bit slower than I expected, which did make me wonder if I’d made the right choice, but it wasn’t a huge issue in the end. I’d probably buy from them again if there was another good deal on.

I bought a front light from Magicshine UK at first I was really impressed. The brightness was great and I felt much safer riding with it. But after a few weeks it started cutting out during rides, which was frustrating and a bit worrying when you're out in the dark. Charging has also been a bit unreliable, sometimes it seems fine and other times it feels like it hasn’t charged properly. Support did get back to me, but it took longer than I hoped, and now I just don’t fully trust the light anymore. It’s a shame because when it works, it’s genuinely good

I ordered a light because the website said it was in stock, but then I got a message saying it wasn’t actually available. The weird part is, it let me go through the whole checkout like everything was fine. Just a bit frustrating and felt like a waste of time. They really need to keep the stock on the site updated better.

I was expecting this thing to be a lot brighter, but nope. This little dim bulb barely puts out enough light to be useful. Definitely not what I had in mind

Ordering was actually super easy. The site was simple to use, checkout took barely any time, and nothing went wrong, which, feels almost suspicious these days.

I tried getting in touch with Magicshine UK about an issue with my order and basically got no response. I sent 2 emails and waited a few days, but still heard nothing back. Its really annoying when you just need a quick answer. I probably wouldnt order again if the support is this slow

The packaging was bad. The box arrived all crushed, which was frustrating because they make it sound like everything will be handled with care, but that doesn’t really mean much if it shows up like this.

I fully charged it before heading out, but the battery still died much sooner than I expected. I ended up having to cut my ride short, which was really frustrating. after paying that much, it made me feel like I couldn’t really trust what was promised. For the price, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The light itself is fine when it actually works, so I can’t completely trash it. But the charging has been such a pain for me that it kind of ruined the whole thing.

It takes forever to charge, and half the time I’m standing there wondering if it’s even connected properly. I’ve had to unplug it and plug it back in more than once, and maybe I’m just unlucky here, but that shouldn’t be on me to figure out every time.

It’s not the worst thing I’ve bought, but for the price I expected it to be way more straightforward. Charging a light should not feel this annoying, so I’m giving it 2 stars.

Installing it was a bit of a pain. The instructions weren’t very clear, and whenever I tried to figure things out, I kept getting different answers depending on where I looked. It made the whole setup more annoying than it needed to be...

I thought the design looked good — simple, clean, and not too flashy. But comfort-wise, it just didn’t really work for me. After a short ride, it started feeling a little awkward and kind of annoying to wear. For the price, I personally expected it to feel better. It’s not awful, but I wouldn’t say it’s very comfy either.

I thought the return would be straightforward because the website made it sound simple, but it ended up being slow and confusing. One page seemed to say one thing, then another step made it feel like something else was required, so I wasn’t really sure what to do next. Definitely more of a hassle than I expected.

The delivery took way longer than I expected. I kept having to check for updates and wait around, which was such a hassle. It felt like way too much effort just to get my order.

The light worked fine right out of the box, so I can’t really complain about that part. But after a few rides, the casing started to feel a bit cheap and the mount got kind of wobbly. I was expecting something sturdier for the price. I’ll keep using it for now since it still works, but I’m not exactly impressed.

I bought a light from Magicshine UK and the light itself seems fine, but the mount is not great. It wobbled on the bars and I found myself checking it every few minutes or so because I just didn’t really trust it. For night riding, that’s not something I want to be worrying about. In the end, I used a spare mount I had from another brand. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless they improve the mount.
